These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 71sp platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing 71sp, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register and play on 71sp. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one active account on 71sp. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 71sp ("71sp", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://71sp.cam ("the Platform").
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 71sp Platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotional offers, and support services — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not register an account. These Terms take precedence over any informal communication, marketing material, or verbal representation by any 71sp representative.
Pakistan Legal Notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions established under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 71sp does not hold a Pakistani gambling license and does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. The following terms, where capitalised, carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:
To register and maintain an Account on 71sp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 71sp strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If you cannot verify your age, your Account will be suspended until verification is complete.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. If local law restricts or prohibits your participation in online gambling, you must not register or use the Platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on 71sp. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and at any subsequent point when requested by 71sp. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or exclusion order on 71sp or any associated platform at the time of registration. Players who have previously self-excluded and subsequently re-register during an active exclusion period will have their account closed immediately.
To create an Account, you must complete the registration process on the Platform, providing a valid email address or mobile number, a secure password, and any additional information requested during onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
71sp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Account opening does not constitute a commitment by 71sp to process transactions until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.
71sp accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the live cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit. Available methods may change without advance notice. Players should verify current options, applicable fees, and minimum/maximum limits directly in the cashier before transacting.
Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Actual transactions may be processed in another currency depending on the payment method selected; any applicable conversion rates are applied at the time of transaction.
Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear as options in the cashier. Their listing does not constitute endorsement of or affiliation with 71sp. Each provider's own terms of service and applicable Pakistani regulations govern whether that provider permits gambling-related transactions. Players are responsible for verifying this independently.
All deposits are final once processed. 71sp does not accept responsibility for funds lost due to incorrect deposit instructions entered by the Player. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the expected timeframe, contact support with transaction reference details.
You confirm that funds deposited into your 71sp Account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activity. 71sp may request documentation evidencing source of funds as part of AML compliance procedures.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, clearance of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and confirmation that no suspicious activity flags are active on the Account at the time of request.
Tip: Complete your KYC verification early — before your first withdrawal request — to avoid delays when you are ready to cash out. Submit accurate documents; mismatches between registration details and identity documents are the most common cause of withdrawal delays.
71sp offers promotional bonuses from time to time, subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each offer. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms prevail for that promotion only.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before associated winnings become cashable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer. Example: a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before cash-out is permitted. These are illustrative figures; check the specific offer.
While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per bet. Placing bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable limit is stated in the specific offer terms.
Different game categories contribute different percentages toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while live casino or table games may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Always check the contribution table in the specific offer terms before playing to clear a bonus.
Bonuses that are not cleared within the stated validity window will expire and be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each offer. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not recoverable.
Attempting to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus structures — including through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — is prohibited. 71sp reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
All bets and wagers placed on 71sp are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details — including selection, stake and odds — before confirming any wager. 71sp does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where permitted under specific sporting-event void rules.
In the event of obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), 71sp reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, at its sole discretion. Players who suspect a pricing error should contact support before placing a bet.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 71sp and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
71sp is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a standard operational practice. Gambling on 71sp is strictly for entertainment purposes. It is not a reliable source of income and does not constitute a financial strategy or investment vehicle.
All registered Players have access to the following responsible gambling tools via their Account settings or through the support team: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits and reminders; loss limits; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory waiting period, the duration of which is communicated at the time of the request. This asymmetry is intentional and is designed to protect Players.
A Player who self-excludes their account confirms that they will not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account or using another person's account. Breach of a self-exclusion constitutes a violation of these Terms. 71sp will not be liable for losses incurred by a Player who accesses the Platform in breach of their own self-exclusion.
71sp operates on an adults-only basis: 18+ or the higher minimum required by the applicable license jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict or prohibit gambling participation. Being of legal adult age does not by itself make gambling lawful in Pakistan.

All content on the 71sp Platform — including but not limited to design elements, graphics, text, software, trademarks, logos, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of 71sp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 71sp.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 71sp shall not be liable for:
71sp's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. The limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by the law applicable in your jurisdiction.
71sp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
In the event of Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of outstanding wagering obligations and investigation holds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances are not returned on Account termination for breach.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 71sp holds its operating licence. Disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in the Player's country of residence applies.
Pakistani users are reminded that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may impose obligations or restrictions on them that operate independently of these Terms. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes legal advice regarding your specific situation under Pakistani law. Seek independent legal advice where necessary.
71sp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-account notification with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
